  1. AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme APU: The ROG Ally X features the top-tier Ryzen Z1 Extreme APU. With 8 cores, 16 threads, clock speeds of up to 5.1 GHz, 12 RDNA 3 compute units, and 24 MB of cache, this APU delivers impressive performance for a handheld device.

  2. Larger Battery: ASUS has addressed one of the previous model’s limitations by upgrading the battery. The ROG Ally X now boasts a 30-40% larger battery capacity, providing significantly more gaming time compared to its predecessor.

  3. Increased RAM and Storage: The memory has received an upgrade as well. The ROG Ally X supports LPDDR5X-7500 memory, ensuring smoother multitasking and better overall performance.
