Intel's Roadmap 2024-2025: 15th Gen Arrow Lake, Lakefield and Arc Battlemage GPUs

Intel has revealed its roadmap for the next few years, which includes some exciting products and technologies. Here are some of the highlights:

- Intel Core 15th Gen Arrow Lake: This will be Intel's first desktop processor based on the 10nm Enhanced SuperFin process. It will feature hybrid cores, similar to Alder Lake, but with more performance and efficiency improvements. Arrow Lake will also support DDR5 memory and PCIe 5.0.
- 20A Lakefield: This will be Intel's first processor based on the 20A (Angstrom) process, which will use the new RibbonFET transistor technology and the PowerVia interconnect. 20A Lakefield will be a low-power chip for mobile devices and laptops, with a big.LITTLE architecture and a 3D stacking design.
- TSMC 3nm: Intel will also outsource some of its products to TSMC, using its 3nm process. These include the next-generation Arc Battlemage GPUs, which will compete with AMD and NVIDIA in the high-end gaming and data center markets. Intel will also use TSMC 3nm for some of its Xeon server chips and FPGAs.
- Arc Battlemage GPUs: These are Intel's upcoming discrete graphics cards, which will be based on the Xe-HPG architecture. They will feature ray tracing, variable rate shading, mesh shading, and other advanced features. Intel will launch the first Arc Battlemage GPUs in 2024, codenamed Alchemist, followed by Battlemage, Celestial, and Druid in 2025.

Intel's roadmap shows that the company is not giving up on its innovation and competitiveness, despite the challenges it has faced in recent years. Intel is aiming to deliver cutting-edge products and technologies that will meet the needs and expectations of its customers and partners.
